Dolibarr is a business management application. It brings together in one place what many people handle with several separate tools: the customer and vendor files, quotations, orders, invoices, payment tracking, your products and services, the calendar.
It runs in a browser, with nothing to install on your computer, and it only shows the functions you need: the others stay disabled.
Your Dolibarr is installed and maintained by Libre Master. You therefore have no installation and no update to carry out, and your data is backed up every day.

Dolibarr setup
Section titled “Dolibarr setup”The settings to make once, before issuing your first document. Each page matches one screen of the Dolibarr setup menu.
- Company / Organisation: company identity, legal identifiers, VAT status and logo.
- Modules / Applications: enable the functions you need, and only those.
- Numbering and documents: number formats, PDF templates, bank details.
- Users & Groups: one account per person and the permissions of each.
- Emails: sending address, email templates and test send.
